REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Nexel.ph, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent digital asset purchasing experience. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds

All purchases of NFTs and digital assets on Nexel.ph are final and irreversible.

Once a transaction is completed and recorded on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed or modified.

We do not offer refunds for mistaken purchases, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with a digital asset.
2. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once a payment has been made and confirmed on the blockchain.

If a transaction fails due to network congestion but the payment was deducted, users must check their blockchain explorer for confirmation before contacting support.
3. Transaction Issues

If a transaction fails due to an error on Nexel.ph’s platform (e.g., the asset was not transferred), we will investigate the issue. If the issue is verified as a platform-related failure, we may offer a resolution such as asset reissuance.

Users must provide transaction details (Transaction ID/Hash, Wallet Address, and Error Message) when reporting issues.
4. Exceptions

The only exception for refunds is if a duplicate payment was made due to a system glitch or technical failure. In such cases, users must report the issue within 24 hours of the transaction.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed in the same cryptocurrency used for the transaction, subject to blockchain fees and processing time.
