    • Yes, you need a supported cryptocurrency wallet (such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet) to complete your NFT purchases and receive your digital assets.

    • Currently, Nexel.ph supports NFT transactions on Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, and Binance Smart Chain (BSC). The blockchain used for each NFT is specified in the product description.

    • No. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Make sure to review the item details before buying.

    • Browse our collection and select an NFT or digital asset.

    • Connect your cryptocurrency wallet.

    • Complete the transaction using cryptocurrency (ETH, MATIC, SOL, or BNB, depending on the NFT’s network).

    • Once confirmed, the NFT will be transferred to your wallet.

    • Transactions are usually completed within minutes but may take up to an hour depending on blockchain network congestion.

    • If your NFT does not appear immediately, check your wallet’s activity or the transaction hash on the blockchain explorer.

    • If a transaction fails, your funds will remain in your wallet, and you can retry the purchase.

    • If gas fees were deducted but the NFT was not received, check the blockchain explorer for transaction details.

    • Once you complete a transaction, the NFT is transferred to your wallet, making you the verified owner. However, ownership of the underlying intellectual property depends on the specific terms outlined in the product description.

    • Use a reputable wallet such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or Ledger.

    • Never share your private keys or seed phrase with anyone.

    • Verify transactions before approving them.

    • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where possible.

    • Yes, once purchased, you can sell your NFTs on third-party platforms such as OpenSea or Rarible. However, Nexel.ph does not facilitate resales directly.

    • Ownership of the NFT does not automatically grant commercial rights.
